The Symbiointest is a food supplement containing a combination of resistant starch and biotin. Resistant starch belongs to the soluble dietary fibres and cannot be digested by the human body. As a result, the resistant starch reaches the lower sections of the intestine unchanged and serves as food for the bacteria of the intestinal flora. The intestinal bacteria can utilise the resistant starch and form lactic acid and short-chain fatty acids such as butyric acid and acetic acid. Butyric acid in particular nourishes the cells of the intestinal mucosa.
The vitamin biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.

Application

Stir the contents of one Symbiointest stick into a glass of non-carbonated water once a day and drink immediately with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
